Unfortunately we do not offer any Money Back Guarantee on our VPS right now. However on special cases, if we does not fit your requirement, simply contact us within 24 hours from your activation email/ticket date/time for a full refund but there will be a one-time 5 USD charge for setting up of account deduct from the refund, if there is No Abuse / No Spam / No Breach of TOS/AUP. And if you have order any addon service or control panel license or one-time fee during the order, these addon and one-time fee is not entitled to refund.
PS: For Prepayment, there is no refund for unused month on VPS Hosting and it Addon Services & Products, if you intend to cancel early before next renewal period.
