eg. If your service is due on 02/01/2015, and you do not wish to
renewal it, it system will automatic cancel it on 23:59pm, 01/01/2015.
Important notice, if customer submit cancellation via ticket, we will
process for you immediate or anytime before the due date, and there is no
refund even if you request to cancel early.
Please note - We require below
term, if not you will be charge for the following month or term without
any refund.
Shared Hosting - 7 Days before Current Billing Cycle Due.
VPS Hosting - 7 Days before Current Billing Cycle Due.
Dedicated Server - 7 Days before Current Billing Cycle Due.
For China Hosting, if you filed
the ICP license with us, but did not renewal the services 3 days after
past due, your ICP License No. will automatic being VOID.
And if you need it again, you will need to re-file all the process
everything again.
If you doing a Domain Transfer Out
to another Domain Registrar, please ENSURE
you Do Not Have Any Current
Unclear Invoice. If not the Domain Transfer Out will automatic
being rejected, once any unclear invoice is clear then we will process for
you on your request. Even if you wish to cancel your current service,
please do it in the proper way by following the Terms above with 7 Days
Notice before Due and not just ignore without any notice.
