We does not recommend using 3rd party name server, if you hosted your website with us.
The reason is that, if there is any IP change on the webserver, the 3rd party name server will failed. As if you use our Name server, any of the webserver IP changed, it will not affected anything, it will automatic update to all our name server.
As we using clustering name server setup, rather than using one set. Which mean clustering name server provide a better pointing at all times.
Please note: If there is an IP change on our webserver, HaBangNet does not responsible for Customer website down due to using 3rd Party DNS or Name Server for our web hosting service.
