HaBangNet does not allow automated email systems on HaBangNet’s network. Utilizing HaBangNet’s services to send bulk and/or commercial information, via any methods, is prohibited. Maintaining an open, unsecured SMTP relay is prohibited. Upon receipt of a complaint, HaBangNet will investigate the issue, and at HaBangNet’s discretion, will suspend or terminate the Subscriber’s account. HaBangNet reserves the right to prosecute, and to collect resultant legal fees. No refund will be provided on this case.
PS: All Budget VPS and Offer VPS does not support mailing service. This Budget and Offer VPS, is use purely for website, backup and data storage hosting only with no mailing port. Although all mailing ports are enabled by default, but Mailing ports will only disabled if our filter reports issues with bulk email. So consider first, before signing-up for these Budget or Offer VPS, if you intend to use our VPS for bulk or Mass Mailing. Bulk Mailing, Mass Mailing, Spamming and Abusing of our network, or causing the IP issued to you being blacklisted on RBL, will lead to immediate suspend and terminate without any refund.
