This is a Final Notice to All China Hosted Server.
Since 1st of March 2018, all China Base VPS and Dedicated Server IP in China DC port 80 will be closed by default. To open port 80, your domain must already filed with ICP Department, then can add to ICP whitelist filter system for port 80 enable. Which mean IP no longer support direct access via WWW. You will need to access via domain only. IP port 80 will be closed by default.
This is a strict new Enforce strict rules MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic China) to all Datacenter in China. (Hong Kong and Taiwan does not effected by this new rules due to “one country, two system” policy and not direct connect with China MIIT Authority)
Important notice: We No longer offering any Quarterly and Semi-Yearly Payment Terms for China Base Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server with ICP filed domains due to Strict Requirement by MIIT that Service Lease Contract cannot be less than 180 Days Requirement. Due to the service lease term with filling requirement changed and need to strictly follow by the MIIT requirement, all China hosted Services cusomer with filed ICP domains with us, will automatic convert to Yearly Payment Term. If your domains ICP was not filed with us, only hosted hosting with us, your will not be affected.
As this notice is final take effected on 1st of March 2020. So any of the customer who have a China Base VPS or Dedicated Server on still on quarterly billing terms will automatic convert to yearly billing terms on your next renewal invoice terms. If you do not wish to process with the new terms, you can also select to move over to Hong Kong base server which is not affected by the new Terms on China Base Hosting.
