HaBangNet Corp offers a 30 days money back guarantee on all Shared Hosting packages (exclude China Shared Hosting). There are no refunds on vps hosting, dedicated servers, addon fees, setup fees, China base Hosting including Shared Hosting, administrative fees or domain name registrations. All refund requests submitted for a Shared Hosting service after 30 days will not be refunded. In addition, if you have had a previous account with HaBangNet Corp, signed up and then canceled or have a secondary account you are not eligible for a refund. Consequently, only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. All refund will be process within 21-30 working days from the date of approval of money back policy on your account. Accounts that violate our Terms of Service and Acceptable User Policy will not be issued a refund.
* Shared Hosting Services carry an unconditional thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee (Exclude China, Mainland Hosting). To cancel your Shared Hosting Services and receive a refund of our fees, you must contact us via the Client Portal within thirty (30) days from the Effective Date and a refund will be issued.
* If you cancel after thirty (30) days from the Effective Date, you will not be entitled to any refund, rounded up to the next full month of service. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
* Accounts that are terminated due to violations of our Policies are not eligible for a refund and this Policy.
* All third party fees, including domain registration fees, setup fees and migration fees, are non-refundable, non-negotiable and excluded from our Money Back Guarantee. Further, SSL certificates have a Twenty Five (25) day refund window from time of purchase.
* If you receive a free domain registration promotions (.com, .net and .org), the retail price of the domain $15.95 will be deducted from any refund amount upon cancellation. You will retain the domain registration.
* If you have requested for the Free Migration Service, you will be charged a fee of $25 for 2GB and below Data Migration, or $45 for 2GB and above Data Migration for the migration service, as the migration service is a free service for active customer only. So during the money back policy, if customer canceled the services during the first 30 Days, we only deduct the migration fee for the time our support team spend for the migration of your Data.
* Once your 30 Days Money Back Policy request get approved, we will issue the refund back to the same transaction of the payment where it come from directly, within 21-30 Working Days upon the request get approved.
